An Ordinance Setting the millage rate to be imposed upon taxable non-exempt real and personal property in The Town of Shalimar, Florida during the fiscal year 2001-2002.

This Ordinance shall be entitled the Budget for The Town of Shalimar, Florida for the fiscal year October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.  

This Ordinance repeals Ordinance 97-03 and sets operation policy for all Town of Shalimar parks and public facilities; Statutory authority; Purpose of Ordinance; Penalty; Enforcement; Town Property; Sanitation; Operation of Vehicles; Recreational Activities; Miscellaneous Regulations; Operating Policy and Reservations; and an effective date.

An Ordinance modifying the Shalimar Code pertaining to docks, piers and structures on the bayou.
