98-01 - MILLAGE RATE FY98 (Available at Town Hall)

 

An ordinance setting the millage rate to be imposed upon taxable non-exempt real and personal property in the Town of Shalimar, Florida during the Fiscal Year 1997-1998.

 

98-02 - BUDGET FY98 (Available at Town Hall)

 

This ordinance shall be entitled the budget for the Town of Shalimar, Florida for the Fiscal Year October 1, 1997 through September 30 1998.

 

98-03 - LEVYING TAX ON SALES OF UTILITIES

 

An ordinance superseding Ordinance dated August 18, 1947; Ordinance temp 160 JA, dated August 2, 1966; Ordinance 74-05 dated December 12, 1973; Ordinance 79-03 dated October 11, 1978; Ordinance 82-03 dated October 14, 1981; Ordinance 83-01 dated September 23, 1982; Ordinance 84-03 dated October 2, 1983; and Ordinance 94-05 dated January 25, 1994.  An ordinance levying tax on sales of electricity, gas (natural or manufactured), water and telephone service providing for the collection of such tax and prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions of the ordinance.

 

98-04 - LIMITS ON ANTENNA HEIGHTS

 

An ordinance to amend Ordinance 95-04 limiting antenna heights in the Town of Shalimar to seventy five (75) feet; and to amend the Code of Ordinances sec. 82-149.  Dimension and area regulations for all residential districts, subparagraph 8; and sec. 82-163.  Dimensions and area regulations for all nonresidential districts to seventy-five (75) feet, to comply with a request from Eglin AFB for flight pattern safety; and effective date.

 

98-05 - ELECTRICITY UTILITY TAX RATE INCREASE

 

An ordinance amending Ordinance no. 94-05 by increasing the utility tax rate on electricity for the Town of Shalimar, Florida and amending Ordinance 98-03.

 

98-06 - WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY REGULATIONS (Not Approved)

 

An ordinance of the Town of Shalimar, Florida, titled citing regulations for regulations for wireless communications facilities; providing for the intent and definitions; providing for regulations of wireless communication facilities; and accessory equipment buildings; providing for removals; providing for collocation; providing for replacement and modification of existing structures; providing for conflict, severability, inclusion in the code and an effective date.
